An incredible, slow-motion lightning strike filmed at an estimated 5-10,000 frames per second.
Notice how the first tendrils reach the ground looking for a good discharge point and then – wham – 40,000+ amps at 10,000+ degrees travelling at about 27,000 miles per second!
