Illustrator and artist Savage Pencil has a stunning exhibition of new work on display in the basement of the Atlantis Bookshop.
Gold Sabbat features new automatic works on paper depicting dreams inspired by the Hexen ceremony and Montague Summers, amongst others. Most of the images are monoprints in bold colour, a first for the artist, while others incorporate collage and pen and ink work that is at times reminiscent of Max Ernst, Austin Osman Spare and Henri Michaux.
From Tuesday 24 February to Monday 23 March at The Atlantis Bookshop, 49 Museum St, London. Open Monday to Saturday 11am till 6pm
